Cancellation Policy

For Private Sessions, Group Calls & Online Trainings Why This Matters To keep our sessions sacred, smooth, and supportive, please follow these simple guidelines. Before the Call Be on time and ready to be present. Find a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted. Use earphones if possible for better sound. Bring a notebook and water. Avoid multitasking—treat this time as sacred. During the Call Please keep your video on (unless you’ve told us otherwise). Mute your mic when not speaking in group calls. Be respectful, open, and kind to others. Privacy & Recording Everything you share is confidential. Some group calls may be recorded (you’ll be told ahead of time). Private sessions are not recorded unless we both agree. Tech Tips Check your camera, mic, and internet before we start. If you get disconnected, try rejoining or email us right away. Cancellations Need to reschedule? Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Group calls will have replays, but live energy is powerful—join if you can! Respect the Space This is a safe and loving space. Disrespectful behavior isn't tolerated and may lead to removal from the program without a refund.
